Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin

Bahan
  • 6 Kentang, 6 Bacon-iris, 60 gr Mentega, ½ st Pala bubuk
  • 1 st Garam, 3 sm Terigu, ½ st Lada bubuk, 2 sm Olive oil
  • 1 Bawang bombay & 1 Peterseli-cincang, 1 st Cabai bubuk
  • 200 gr Keju serut, ¼ Paprika-potong kecil, 1 Telur-kocok
  • 100 gr Jamur champignon-iris, 1 Bawang putih-haluskan
  • 270 ml Susu+200 ml Krim-aduk, 27 gr Panir, 1 st Thyme
  • 1 st Rosemary

Cara membuat
  • Cuci kentang tanpa dikupas lalu iris2 setebal ½ cm. Kukus ¾ matang, sisihkan.
  • Panaskan oven 190°C. Tumis bawang putih, bombay, bacon & jamur dengan olive oil lalu sisihkan.
  • Panaskan mentega, masukkan terigu sedikit2 sambil diaduk hingga halus tak bergerindil. Beri susu+krim, 150 gr keju, garam, lada, pala. Masak & aduk terus hingga kental. Angkat, beri telur & aduk rata. Masukkan peterseli, paprika, thyme, rosemary, cabai bubuk & tumisan. Aduk hingga rata. 
  • Taruh kentang di loyang, tuangi saus, taburi panir & sisa keju serut. Panggang selama 20-25 menit.

Ingredients
  • 6 Potatoes, 60 gr Butter, ½ tsp ground Nutmeg, 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Thyme, 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder
  • 270 ml Milk+200 ml Cream-mix, 1 tsp Rosemary, 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 gr Champignon & 6 Bacon-sliced1 Garlic clove-grind
  • 27 gr Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg-beaten, ¼ Paprika-small sliced
  • 200 gr shredded Cheese, 1 Onion & 1 Parsley-chopped
  • ½ tsp ground Pepper

Directions
  • Slice washed but unpeel potatoes into ½ cm thick pieces. Steam potato until ¾ cooked & then set it aside.
  • Preheat oven to 190°C. Sauté garlic, onion, bacon & mushrooms with olive oil. Set it aside.
  • Heat butter until it's melted, then put in flour, a little at a time. Stir quickly until it's smooth (no lumps). Add in milk, cream, 150 gr shredded cheese, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Cook & stir constantly until it's thicken. Remove from heat; stir in eggs to combine. Add in parsley, paprika, thyme, rosemary, cayenne pepper & sautéed ingredients.
  • Spread potato slices in a casserole dish; pour cheese sauce neatly over. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs & shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
