Perkedel Kentang Daging (Potato & Meat Frikadeller)

Bahan
  • 500 gr Kentang-potong2, ½ st Pala bubuk, 1 st Garam
  • 200 gr Daging cincang, 3 Telur-kocok, 2 sm Margarin
  • 1 Daun seledri & 1 Daun bawang-iris, 1 st Lada bubuk
  • 30 gr Bawang bombay cincang, Minyak goreng
Haluskan:
  • 2 Bawang merah, 1 cm Kunyit, ½ st Jintan, 3 Kemiri
  • 2 Bawang putih, 1 st Ketumbar

Cara membuat
  • Tumis bumbu halus, sisihkan. Tumis daging & bombay dng margarin, sisihkan. Goreng kering kentang lalu haluskan.
  • Campur rata kentang dengan daging, seledri, daun bawang, bumbu2, bumbu halus & 1/3 bagian telur. Diamkan 15 menit.
  • Bentuk bulat agak pipih. Celup di sisa telur lalu goreng hingga kecokelatan.

Ingredients
  • 500 gr Potatoes-sliced, ½ tsp ground Nutmeg, 1 tsp Salt
  • 200 gr minced Beef, 3 Eggs-beaten, 30 gr chopped Onion
  • 1 Green onion & 1 stalk Asian celery-sliced, frying Oil
  • 1 tsp ground Pepper, 2 tbsp Margarine
Grind into a paste:
  • 1 tsp Coriander, ½ tsp Cumin, 3 Candlenuts, 1 cm Turmeric
  • 2 Garlic cloves, 2 Shallots

Directions
  • Sauté spices paste; set it aside. Sauté minced beef & onion with margarine, set it aside. Fry potatoes until golden brown & then mash them well with a mortar.
  • Combine mashed potatoes with sautéed beef, sautéed spices, celery, green onion, seasoning & 1/3 parts of beaten eggs. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  • Form the potatoes into a slightly flatten oval shape. Dip them into the rest of eggs & then fry until nicely golden brown.
