Bahan
- 1 kg Kentang, 1 Bawang bombay sedang-iris, ½ st Garam
- 6 lembar Bacon-iris2, 2 sm Mentega, 1 sm Olive oil
- 1 st Lada hitam bubuk, 1 st Thyme, ½ st Jintan
Cara membuat
- Panaskan oven 200°C. Iris2 kentang setebal ½- ¾ cm. Goreng bacon, jintan & bawang bombay dengan mentega. Sisihkan.
- Lumuri loyang panggang dengan olive oil. Bumbui kentang dengan garam & lada. Susun kentang satu persatu (jangan saling menindih) di loyang lalu panggang selama 40 menit. Balik kentang sekali2.
- Keluarkan, masukkan bacon+bombay ke loyang, taburi thyme lalu panggang lagi selama 10-15 menit.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes, 1 medium Onion-sliced, 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 sheets Bacon-sliced, 2 tbsp Butter, ½ tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp ground Black pepper, 1 tsp Thyme, ½ tsp Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200° C. Slice potatoes into ½-¾ cm thick. Fry bacon, cumin & onion with butter; set it aside.
- Greased a roasting pan with olive oil. Season the potato with salt & pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes; turning occasionally.
- Remove it from the oven, put in fried bacon+onion & then sprinkle with thyme. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
