Italian Style Noodle with Minced Beef

Bahan

  • 300 gr Daging cincang, 3 sm Mentega, 3 sm Olive oil
  • 350 gr Mie/Spaghetti, 50 gr Champignon-iris, Garam
  • ½ Jagung-rebus & pipil, 100 gr Bacon & 1 Cabai-iris2
  • 1 st Cabai bubuk, 2 sm Tomat pasta, 1 st Lada bubuk
  • 150 gr Keju Parmesan serut, 2 st Bumbu Italy, Air
  • ½ Bawang bombay merah-cincang, 1 Wortel-serut
  • 10 Tomat cherry, 2 Bawang putih-haluskan
  • 1 st Oregano

 

Cara membuat

  • Panaskan oven 175° C. Tumis bawang putih, bombay, bacon & cabai dengan 2 sm olive oil. Sisihkan. Goreng jamur & daging dengan butter hingga matang. Beri wortel, cabai bubuk, oregano, 1 st garam & lada. Aduk. Angkat lalu campur dengan tumisan bacon. Aduk masuk bumbu Italy, jagung, tomat cherry & tomat pasta. Sisihkan
  • Rebus mie/pasta di air mendidih dengan garam secukupnya & olive oil. Tiriskan lalu masukkan ½ nya di dasar loyang yang sudah diminyaki. Beri ½ bag. adonan daging di atasnya, taburi dengan ½ bagian keju serut. Ulangi prosedur utk pasta, daging & keju. Tutup dengan aluminium foil lalu panggang selama ± 20 mnt. Buka aluminium foil, panggang lagi 10 menit.

 

Ingredients

  • 300 gr minced Beef, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes3 tbsp Butter, 1 Carrot-shredded
  • ½ Corn-boiled & shaved½ Red onion-choppedSalt
  • 50 gr Champignon & 1 Chili-sliced, 350 gr Noodles
  • 2 Garlic cloves-grind, 100 gr Bacon-sliced, Water
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp ground Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste, 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gr shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 175° C. Sauté the onion, garlic, bacon & chili with 2 tbsp olive oil. Set it aside. Sauté mushrooms & beef with butter until it cooked. Stir in carrot, season with chili flakes, oregano, 1 tsp salt & pepper. Remove from heat; mix them together with sautéed bacon, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, corn kernels & cherry tomatoes. Set it aside.
  • Cook noodle in boiling water with enough salt & 1 tbsp olive oil. Drain & put ½ of the noodle in a greased baking dish until it cover the bottom side. Put in ½ of beef mixture to cover noodles neatly. Sprinkle with ½ of shredded cheese. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the pasta, beef mixture & cheese. Cover the dish with tin foil; bake for ~ 20 minutes. Uncover it & bake again for another 10 minutes.
