Kalio Ayam (Chicken in Spicy Coconut Gravy)

Bahan
-  1 Ayam-ptg 8, 1 lt Santan, 2 st Klabet    Haluskan:
-  2 Sereh & 3 cm Lengkuas-geprek                -  12 Baw.merah, 5 Baw.putih, 2 cm Jahe
-  1 st Air jrk nipis, 150 ml Air kelapa          -  12 Cabai merah, 1 sm Ketumbar
-  5 Daun jeruk, 3 Daun salam, Minyak          -  3 cm Kunyit, 3 st Garam, 1 st Gula

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu halus dng minyak secukupnya. Mskkan ayam, air kelapa, sereh, lengkuas, daun jeruk, salam & klabet masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
-   Mskkan santan, masak hingga ayam matang & kuah mengental, aduk sesekali.

Ingredients
-  1 Chicken-cut into 8, 3 Bay leaves            Grind into a paste:
-  2 Lemongrass & 3 cm Galangal-bruised     -  12 Shallots, 12 Red chilies, 2 cm Ginger
-  150 ml Coconut juice, 1 lt Coconut milk    -  5 cloves Garlic, 1 tbsp Coriander
-  5 Kaffir lime leaves, 1 tsp Lime juice       -  3 cm Turmeric, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Sugar
-  2 tsp Fenugreek leaves, Frying oil

Directions
-   Sauté spices paste with a little oil. Put in the chicken, coconut juice, lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves, bay leaves & fenugreek leaves. Cook until the chicken colour changed.
-   Pour in coconut milk; cook until the chicken cooked & the sauce becomes rather thick; stir occasionally.
