Bahan
- 200 gr Kacang panjang & 200 gr Tempe-potong
- 1 sm Kecap manis, 3 Cabai-iris, 1 Daun salam
- 1 st Garam, 1 st Gula merah, 1 st Kaldu bubuk
- 200 ml Air, 1 cm Lengkuas-geprek, ½ st Lada
- 4 Jamur-iris & 25 gr Leunca (opsional), Minyak
Haluskan:
- 2 Bawang putih, 4 Bawang merah
- 3 Rawit & 1 cm Kencur (opsional)
Cara membuat
- Tumis bumbu halus, cabai & jamur. Masukkan lengkuas, salam, kacang panjang, tempe & bumbu2 lain. Masak sampai kacang panjang mulai layu.
- Tuangi air+kaldu & leunca, masak sampai air berkurang & bumbu meresap.
Ingredients
- 3 Chilies+200 gr Long beans+200 gr Tempe-sliced
- 1 Bay leaf, 1 cm Galangal-bruised, ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 1 tsp Brown sugar, Oil
- 200 ml Water, 1 tsp Broth powder, 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Mushrooms-sliced & 25 gr Black nightshades (optional)
Grind into a paste:
- 2 Garlic cloves, 4 Shallots
- 3 Birds eye chilies & 1 cm Lesser galangal (optional)
Directions
- Sauté spices paste, mushrooms & chilies. Stir in galangal, bay leaf, long beans, tempe & other seasoning. Cook until the long beans wilt.
- Add in water, broth & black nightshades. Simmer until the liquid reduce & the flavor blended.
