Bahan
- 4 sm Tauco asin, 75 ml Santan, 2 sm Minyak, 1 sm Gula
- 1 Baw. putih-cincang, 1 Sereh-geprek, 2 Daun salam
- 3 Baw. merah+5 Cabai hijau+3 Cabai rawit-iris halus
- 1 st Air nipis, Garam (bila perlu)
- Tumis bawang2 & cabai2 hingga harum. Beri sereh, salam, tauco & gula, aduk hingga aroma menyatu.
- Tuangi santan & air nipis. Masak hingga cairan berkurang & matang (bila krg asin beri garam).
- 4 tbsp salty Soy beans Paste, 2 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Lime juice
- 75 ml Coconut milk, 1 Lemon grass-bruised, 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Garlic clove-minced, 1 tbsp Sugar, Salt (if needed)
- 3 Shallots+5 Green chilies+3 Bird`s eye chilies-sliced
- Sauté shallots, garlic & chilies until fragrant. Add in lemon grass, bay leaves, soy beans paste & sugar. Stir until the flavor blended.
- Pour in coconut milk & lime juice. Cook until the liquid reduced (add in salt if needed).
